This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing AI platform in a dynamic, enterprise-focused environment. You will drive product launches end-to-end, from pricing and packaging to campaigns, sales enablement, and analyst engagement. As a thought leader, you’ll influence both internal teams and external audiences, ensuring that messaging resonates with customers, prospects, and partners. You will manage a small team of product marketing professionals, fostering a high-output, repeatable function while collaborating closely with product, revenue, and executive leadership. The role requires creativity, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach in a high-growth, fast-moving tech landscape.
- Define and execute platform-level and product-line positioning in partnership with Product and executive leadership
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, including readiness, pricing, packaging, campaign planning, and external rollout
- Develop compelling content for customers, prospects, advocates, and channel partners, including emails, blogs, webinars, and customer stories
- Build and maintain core sales enablement materials: battlecards, decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and demo frameworks
- Manage analyst relations, including briefings, inquiry preparation, and contributions to Gartner, Forrester, and other CX-focused evaluations
- Lead and mentor a small team of Product Marketing Managers, maintaining quality and driving a repeatable, scalable function
- Act as a thought leader on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product and GTM strategy
- 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing or leading PMM teams
- Experience marketing complex, technical platforms to enterprise buyers; CX, AI, or adjacent category experience is a strong plus
- Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills with the ability to defend positioning decisions
- Proven track record of cross-functional influence: leading launches, driving analyst outcomes, and creating sales materials that get used
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and defining processes while executing against them
- Familiarity with analyst relations mechanics (briefings, RFIs, inquiry strategy) preferred
- Experience in competitive or high-stakes category displacement contexts is a plus
- Competitive salary and equity compensation aligned with market standards
- Direct influence on product and GTM strategy in a high-growth AI company
- Leadership of a growing product marketing function
- Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Career-defining work with substantial professional growth potential
- Remote-friendly environment with flexibility and high agency
