This executive role provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide people and business partnership functions, driving alignment across multiple divisions and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. The Vice President will partner closely with division presidents and senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor and change agent, this position leverages human capital analytics, advanced technologies, and best practices to enhance organizational performance. Success in this role is measured by the effectiveness of people strategies, leadership pipeline development, and overall employee experience. The position is remote with periodic travel across operational locations.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide executive leadership and oversight of divisional people teams, ensuring consistent implementation of HR programs and alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Partner with division presidents to align divisional strategies with enterprise objectives, facilitating collaboration and visibility across functions.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Advise executive leadership using human capital data to identify opportunities and inform organizational decision-making.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting cultural competency and inclusive practices across divisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets for people and business partnerships functions, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Build and coach high-performing teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience within a large, complex organization, including 7+ years of management experience leading comprehensive HR functions.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide people strategies and programs across multiple divisions in a matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, employee experience, retention, and leadership development.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and performance outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, capable of fostering trust and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools, analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to enhance workforce strategies and operational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and organizational values.
