This role is a high-impact sales position focused on driving new business acquisition and revenue growth within the enterprise market. The Sr. Enterprise Account Executive will manage a strategic territory, develop and execute sales plans, and engage with key decision-makers to deliver solutions that address complex business challenges. This position involves leading full-cycle sales processes, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as solution engineering, marketing, and professional services. The successful candidate will leverage industry knowledge and strategic selling approaches to identify opportunities, expand accounts, and establish long-term client partnerships. - Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting high-value organizations to build a robust pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
- Deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proposals that clearly articulate business value and ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Field Engineering) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to BDRs and field marketing resources to align on target accounts and support pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate CRM data, adhere to forecasting guidelines, and leverage partnerships with cloud providers to drive growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales with consistent overachievement of targets
- Experience managing complex sales processes in enterprise markets such as Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and close new client relationships while maintaining long-term engagements
- Strong understanding of commercial open-source business models and hybrid cloud/SaaS solutions
- Expertise in crafting and executing tailored sales strategies based on industry and partner knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders
- Preferred: experience selling complex technical solutions, knowledge of graph technology or advanced data-driven tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
