HIL - Lab Technician at Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. – Fayetteville, Arkansas

Prior Lab Experience preferred

The Lab Technician shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Raw Milk Analysis

• Ice Cream Mix Analysis
• Running hourly butterfats
• Inoculation of buttermilk
• Gathering production samples

The successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, follow verbal and written instructions, complete daily reports, as well as work well with numbers.

He or she will be required to climb, crawl, and walk in an upright as well as a bent position. He or she will be required to work in very hot (100+ degree) and very cool (32 degree) environments. He or she may be required to move objects weighing as much as 225 pounds.

The successful applicant must be able to keep the lab in a clean and sanitary condition and work in a safe and efficient manner.
