How you'll make an impact:

In this role you will be a key contributor within our procurement and supply chain organization, balancing hands-on transactional execution with analytics-driven planning and strategic support.

This role is intentionally designed to be multifunctional. You’ll support day-to-day procurement activities, help fill critical gaps in forecasting, material planning, and data analysis, and partner closely with plants and cross-functional teams. As the organization grows, this position offers opportunities to further specialize in advanced analytics, material planning, or strategic sourcing.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable shifting between placing purchase orders, building forecast models, supporting plants, and analyzing large data sets—someone with a true “can‑do” mindset.

What you’ll do:

  • Support and execute end‑to‑end procurement activities, including purchase order creation, supplier communication, issue resolution, and follow‑through across the full PO lifecycle (including invoice and AP discrepancy resolution)

  • Lead and support RFP and RFQ processes, including requirements definition, supplier outreach, bid analysis, and recommendation development, in partnership with procurement leadership

  • Provide material planning and plant‑specific support, serving as a planning resource or backup for assigned facilities as needed

  • Develop and maintain forecasting, spend, and price models to support sourcing decisions, budgeting, and supply planning, using advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities

  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, cost optimization opportunities, and performance gaps across suppliers and materials

  • Support strategic sourcing and category initiatives while remaining actively engaged in day‑to‑day execution as the business scales

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, quality, engineering, and plant teams to align procurement and planning activities with business needs

  • Maintain accurate procurement data, documentation, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and usability

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement, planning, and analytics tools, processes, and governance
