Position Overview: We are seeking motivated Pool Plaster Laborers to assist with the preparation, mixing, application, and finishing of pool plaster surfaces. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a great attitude.

What you'll do

• Assist with pool surface prep including acid washing and cleaning
• Mix and apply plaster materials under supervision
• Trowel, smooth, and finish plaster for an even surface
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at job sites
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors

What we are looking for

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round
• Physical strength and stamina for labor-intensive work
• Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
• Previous pool plastering or construction experience is a plus
