About Karas Security:
Karas Security provides reliable, tech-enabled security services across construction sites, warehouses, and commercial properties. We’re committed to safety, professionalism, and exceptional client service.

Job Overview:
We're hiring Warehouse Security Guards to help facilitate and coordinate site specific operations. You’ll ensure safety protocols are followed, handle client interactions, and be able to multitask. Our guards are integral to the daily activities of the warehouses. Karas Security Guards must be detail orientated and be able to use multiple applications. We use tools like Guards Pro, excel, google sheets scheduling and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents
  • Maintain detailed reports/logs and ensure compliance
  • Liaise with clients and emergency services as needed
  • Train team members; enforce safety and service standards

Requirements:

  • 1 year in a supervisory role (security, construction, warehouse preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and tech skills
  • Experience with Guards Pro, Tracktik, Google Drive, Excel an asset.
  • SAP or logistics experience is a plus.
