Art City Dental is a growing, family-focused practice serving the Springville community. Led by Dr. Jody Adams and Dr. Tanner Adams, our team is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for.

We are currently rebuilding and strengthening our front office team after recent staffing changes, and we’re looking for the right person to help us create a united, high-energy, and dependable workplace culture.

We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator who will serve as the face of our office. This is a key role in setting the tone for the patient experience and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Prepare daily office paperwork, consent forms, and patient documentation
• Support smooth front office operations and communication

• Strong communication skills (in person and on the phone)
• Excellent multitasking ability in a busy environment
• High level of dependability and time management
• Honest, dedicated, and team-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude, someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of the office

Dental experience is nice to have but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings professionalism and strong work ethic.

Schedule:

• Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Tuesday: 7 AM – 5 PM
• Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
