Position Summary

The Senior Customer Service Coordinator is a vital member of our customer operations team. In this role, you’ll oversee ecommerce order processing, manage high-volume customer communications, and support custom product orders with precision and efficiency. You’ll ensure every order moves seamlessly from
entry to delivery — accurately, on time, and aligned with customer expectations.
If you’re detail-oriented, confident working in CRM and ERP systems, and enjoy balancing customer interaction with operational execution, this is a role where you can truly make an impact.
Compensation & Benefits
● $30.00 to $31.00 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
● Process and execute ecommerce customer orders accurately using CRM and ERP systems.
● Manage shared customer inbox communications with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
● Monitor order status and proactively provide updates to customers.
● Handle shipping inquiries, tracking updates, and order follow-ups.
● Create and enter custom SKU items (primarily design modifications to existing products).
● Ensure custom orders meet exact customer specifications and internal standards.
● Conduct daily Work-in-Progress (WIP) review and take action to maintain workflow efficiency.
● Work with team on special initiative, VIP, and high priority, high visibility projects.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and operations teams.
● Track weekly goals and performance metrics to meet department expectations.
● Assist with routine reporting and administrative support as needed.
Required Qualifications
● High school diploma or GED.
● Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
● Experience working with CRM software and ERP systems.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
● High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and data management.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
● Experience in ecommerce order processing, order management, or inside sales support.
● Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP systems, and shipping/fulfillment workflows.
● Experience supporting product customization.
