Location: Green Bay, WI, USA

Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Senior Repair Coordinator in Green Bay to coordinate the repair of damaged equipment. The Senior Repair Coordinator will review, negotiate and approve repair estimates and invoices while ensuring Schneider receives the best costs, turnaround time and quality from vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all responsibilities related to equipment repairs, including selecting vendors, handling loads, assessing damages and making billing arrangements.
  • Keep accurate files on all equipment that is damaged.
  • Work with the equipment purchasing department on equipment salvage decisions.
  • Coordinate with the legal and claims departments equipment in litigation.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Associate degree in diesel or automotive technology preferred.
  • Extensive truck and trailer mechanical knowledge.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Schneider is not sponsoring employment authorization for this position.
