What Youll Do Paid Media Strategy

Build & optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok Manage budgets, pacing, targeting & creative testing Improve CPA , lead quality & conversion performance

Content & Copywriting

Write compelling copy for ads & organic social Tailor messaging for parents, students & community audiences Create fast content using Canva , Adobe Spark & CapCut

Social Media Management

Manage daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & X Engage with comments, messages & online communities Maintain consistent, missiondriven brand voices

Reporting & Optimization

Own paid media budgets & dashboards Build reports through HubSpot, Looker & Sheets/Excel Present insights & recommendations to leadership

What Were Looking For

3+ years managing paid + organic social campaigns Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Excellent copywriting & content creation ability Datadriven mindset with CPA & conversion optimization experience Experience with Sprout Social (or similar) & Canva Ability to work independently in a remote environment Passion for supporting underserved students

Bonus Skills:

HubSpot Looker / BI tools Education or enrollment marketing experience Multibrand content management
