This opportunity as a Human Resources Administrator focuses on supporting daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with key functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities:

  • Provide front office support by answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documentation
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee benefit inquiries
  • Coordinate and track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with garnishments and medical support notices
  • Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as requested
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations matters
  • Assist with policy communication and ensure consistent application of company policies
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Handle employee inquiries (written and verbal) with professionalism and discretion

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, benefits, and compliance
  • Experience maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a compliance-driven or regulated environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting audits or HR compliance initiatives
