Title: Program Manager, Healthcare SaaS (Contractor)

This is a 12-month 1099 Contract role, with possibility of extension

Location: This is a remote position open.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross functional initiatives in a product‑led healthcare technology environment. This role will drive strategic programs that span product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-endprogram planning and execution across multiple, interdependent workstreams
• Establish andmaintainprogram governance, operating rhythms, and clear accountability
• Facilitate PDLC stage-gate reviews and ensure workstreams move throughfrom discovery through delivery and launch.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and Growthleaders to deliver transformation initiatives
• Translate ambiguousobjectivesinto structured plans, milestones, and success metrics
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and constraints
• Provide clear,executive levelreporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across technical andnontechnicalteams

What You Bring

• 5+ yearsSenior levelexperience as a Program Manager leading large,cross‑functionalinitiatives
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) orhealth techindustry experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience inproduct ledtransformation environments
• Demonstrated successoperatingin ambiguity while driving clarity and execution
• Strong program governance, planning, and delivery capabilities
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, includingexecutive levelcommunication
• Ability to influence without authority and align diverse perspectives toward common goals
• Willing to work as a 1099 Contractor

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience working with SaaS, digital health, or enterprise healthcare platforms
• Proficiencywith Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Planner, Loop, Teams, Azure Dev Ops); experience with or willingness to adopt product management platforms such as Jira and Confluence as the organization scales
• Strong analytical, organizational, andproblem-solvingskills
• Comfortable navigatingfast paced, evolving environments
• Calm, decisive, andoutcome-orientedleadership style
