Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and service-oriented PM House Person to join our Hilton Garden Inn team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests. The House Person is responsible for lobby and public area cleanliness, providing excellent guest service, driving the hotel shuttle, and assisting with guest needs and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities● Greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public spaces, including lobby, entrance, hallways, and restrooms.
● Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
● Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests, as required.
● Monitor public areas to ensure safety, comfort, and a positive guest experience.
● Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
● Assist housekeeping by delivering supplies, removing trash, and supporting room attendants when needed.
● Support the setup and breakdown of lobby events or functions.
● Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
Skills and Qualifications● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record strongly preferred.
● Prior hospitality or customer service experience a plus.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
● Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays.
