The Role: More Than Just a LiaisonAs a Service Advisor, you are the face of our service department. You are the bridge between our high-performing technicians and our valued guests. Your goal? To turn a standard service appointment into an exceptional experience.
What you’ll do daily:
The Warm Welcome: Greet customers with professionalism and energy, setting the tone for their visit.
The Expert Guide: Translate "car talk" into clear, actionable advice for customers, helping them understand their vehicle’s needs and warranty options.
The Problem Solver: Work closely with our master technicians to provide accurate repair timelines and cost-effective alternatives.
The Orchestrator: Manage the dealership’s workflow, schedule appointments, and oversee the lifecycle of a vehicle’s stay—from drop-off to the final "thank you."
The Relationship Builder: Foster long-term trust by keeping customers informed with proactive calls and transparent updates.
We value a mix of technical savvy and "people-first" energy. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Tech Literacy: Proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Meet).
Communication Skills: You can talk to anyone—from a seasoned mechanic to a first-time car owner—with clarity and empathy.
Detail Orientation: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple projects and hitting deadlines is the norm.
The Basics: A high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid Driver’s License, and a strong understanding of automotive technology.
The Right Mindset: You are ethical, adaptable, and consistently punctual.
