About This Position

Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Part TimeAre you a compassionate LPN looking to make a difference in a brand-new, state-of-the-art assisted living community?
Join our team and care for residents in a setting designed for excellence, comfort, and professionalism—with beautifully designed interiors and welcoming outdoor spaces.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Administer and supervise medications accurately and on time
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
  • Document care and physician orders in the EHR
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Med Techs and Nursing Assistants
  • Respond to emergencies and support resident-centered care
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active South Carolina LPN license in good standing
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A positive, professional attitude and passion for senior care
