Open Positions

Meter Reader

Job Description:

• $19-$20/hr, Company Car, Gas Card, Health Benefits, Paid Time Off, Vacation & Sick Pay & more
• Read and record natural gas or utility meters at residential and commercial locations
• Accurately document meter data using handheld devices
• Identify and report irregular readings or potential safety concerns
• Work independently while traveling assigned routes in the field
• Provide professional customer interaction when needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to walk long distances and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic computer or smart device skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass drug test including THC as we are a federally mandated contractor working with utilities

Field Technician

Job Description:

• $20/hr, $650/month vehicle stipend, Gas Card, Health Benefits, Paid Time Off, Vacation & Sick Pay & more
• Perform field inspections related to utility poles, manholes & other utility infrastructure
• Verify work compliance with company, local, and state regulations
• Document findings using mobile technology
• Communicate observations to supervisors and project teams
• Travel to job sites throughout the Hudson Valley

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel locally
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• No prior inspection experience required – training provided
• High school diploma
• Pass drug test including THC as we are a federally mandated contractor working with utilities
