Looking for more than just basic maintenance work?

This role puts you hands-on with heat treat furnaces and high-temperature systems that are critical to production. If you enjoy troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, this is where your skills actually matter.

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial furnaces and support systems
• Diagnose issues with motors, burners, pumps, and controls
• Respond to breakdowns and get equipment back up quickly
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Replace components (bearings, belts, valves, electrical parts)
• Work with other techs to solve recurring equipment issues
• Document work in CMMS

• Heat treat furnaces & temperature control systems
• Gas burners and high-heat industrial equipment
• Motors, pumps, compressors, and drives
• Electrical panels, wiring, and controls
• Facility HVAC systems

• Multimeters & electrical diagnostic tools
• Hand & power tools
• CMMS systems
• PLC/controls experience (a plus)

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Experience working in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
• Safety-first mindset (LOTO required)

• Experience with heat treat, furnaces, kilns, ovens, or high-temperature processes
• Metals, forging, foundry, or similar backgrounds

• Industrial setting with heat, noise, and physical work
• Active role (lifting, moving, troubleshooting throughout shift)
• Night shift with rotating AWS schedule
