Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
· Handle development applications from inception to completion, inclusive of addressing resolution compliance and post-approval issues· Experience representing developers before planning boards and zoning boards· Understanding of the intricacies of Municipal Land Use Law· Experience negotiating redevelopment agreements and navigating the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law is preferred
Required:
· NJ bar· Recent experience with land use / zoning or environmental
