The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in the operational success of complex industrial electrical projects by supporting senior leadership in project lifecycle management. This position offers a clear path for professional growth within a company that actively invests in your technical training and career development. You will bridge the gap between office planning and field execution, ensuring high-quality results in a safety-first environment.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Coordinate essential project documentation and schedules to maintain strict alignment with industrial client requirements.

  • Monitor project budgets and material procurement to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and within financial constraints.

  • Communicate daily with field crews and stakeholders to resolve logistical bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

  • Prepare detailed progress reports and safety documentation to maintain transparency across the project management team.

  • Organize technical specifications and project drawings to ensure field teams have the most accurate data for installation.

  • Evaluate project workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce costs during the industrial build phase.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience in project coordination or management.

  • Self-motivated work ethic with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in organizational skills and professional communication.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to various project locations. Most work will be onsite at the main office in Charlotte.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Prior experience or foundational knowledge within the electrical industry.

  • Familiarity with industrial control systems and large-scale power installations.
