This senior commercial role focuses on driving enterprise growth by helping retailers and commerce organizations transform customer engagement through data-driven marketing, CRM, and lifecycle strategies. You will operate at the intersection of sales, customer success, and strategic advisory, guiding clients in unlocking the full value of first-party data to improve retention, lifetime value, and personalization. The role emphasizes consultative enterprise selling, positioning advanced customer data and engagement solutions as the foundation of modern marketing ecosystems. You will partner with senior marketing, CRM, and digital leaders to build strong business cases and deliver measurable impact across complex organizations. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategic account ownership, revenue growth responsibility, and deep expertise in retail and MarTech ecosystems. You will also help extend client value into retail media and monetization opportunities, shaping long-term customer success and expansion.

Accountabilities:
  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales across new retail and commerce accounts, driving revenue growth and complex deal execution.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on CRM, CDP, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement transformation.
  • Lead consultative discussions with senior stakeholders, including CMOs, digital leaders, and heads of CRM, loyalty, and customer experience.
  • Position the platform as the central system for customer data unification, activation, and lifecycle orchestration.
  • Drive first-party data activation strategies across owned, paid, and partner channels to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Identify and develop retail media and monetization opportunities tied to customer data and audience insights.
  • Build ROI-based business cases focused on customer lifetime value, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to support deal strategy and execution.
  • Ensure successful expansion and adoption of solutions across enterprise accounts.
Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in MarTech, CRM, CDP, or AdTech environments.
  • Proven track record of selling into large retailers, eCommerce, or omnichannel commerce organizations.
  • Strong expertise in customer data platforms, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and personalization strategies.
  • Experience managing and closing complex enterprise deals, typically in the $250K–$1M+ range.
  • Deep understanding of retail and commerce ecosystems, including digital transformation and customer engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with retail media networks and advertising ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop data-driven, ROI-focused business cases and influence strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, consulting, and customer success teams.
