In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving global marketing strategy and execution across a complex diagnostics portfolio, translating high-level product and portfolio vision into impactful commercial outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring strong alignment between global positioning and regional go-to-market needs. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations teams, you will help shape product lifecycle decisions and accelerate market adoption. This role requires a strong mix of upstream and downstream marketing leadership, with accountability for launches, messaging, and lifecycle performance. You will also lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure commercial readiness and consistent global execution. With a focus on customer value, market insights, and innovation, you will play a key role in driving growth across international diagnostics markets.
- Lead global downstream and upstream marketing strategy for assigned diagnostic product lines, ensuring strong positioning, messaging, and commercial execution across regions
- Translate portfolio strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, including pricing inputs, launch readiness, and lifecycle management activities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from launch through maturity and end-of-life, including post-launch optimization and differentiation strategies
- Drive global launch excellence by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring disciplined execution with clear milestones and performance metrics
- Develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and marketing assets to support global commercialization and field effectiveness
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Operations teams to align commercialization efforts and ensure product success
- Lead, coach, and develop a global marketing team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- 10–15 years of marketing experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or in vitro diagnostics (IVD) environments
- Proven success in global product marketing, commercialization strategy, and product launch leadership
- Strong experience working in regulated healthcare markets with an understanding of compliance and commercialization models
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced global environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage market insights and customer data to drive decisions
- Ability to balance global consistency with regional market needs and adaptability
