In this role, you will take ownership of strategic global client relationships, focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term value creation within a dynamic business travel environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, ensuring clients fully understand and leverage the value of the services provided. Working in a fully remote and globally connected setup, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive account performance and customer success. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, client engagement, and operational execution. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities across your portfolio, shaping action plans that improve outcomes and revenue. This is a high-impact role where your ability to influence, communicate, and execute will directly contribute to business growth.
- Lead and execute the strategic retention and growth plan for a portfolio of global client accounts, ensuring long-term value and satisfaction.
- Identify risks and opportunities within accounts, developing proactive mitigation and expansion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal operations, commercial, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client outcomes.
- Drive increased transaction revenue through account optimization and promotion of value-added services.
- Monitor market and client trends, sharing insights with internal leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in the business travel industry or in a similar global client management or account management role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $88,200 to $163,800 annually, depending on experience and location.
