Samaritan General & Vascular Surgery – Corvallis specializes in general, thoracic and minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. We also focus on vascular procedures, with a particular interest in treating varicose veins. • Work alongside a collaborative, tight knit team of 4 providers; 2 MDs and 2 APCs
• PSLF-eligible hospital-employed full-time role
• Work/life balance: 2.5 clinic days, 2 OR days, night and weekend call covered by residents
• Communicate with and support patient/families regarding diagnosis, treatment, expectations, and the perioperative experience, in order to facilitate patient comfort and continuity of care
• Practice includes all aspects of vascular care- open and endovascular procedures, angiograms, carotid endarterectomy, leg bypasses and AV fistulas/grafts
• Active involvement with medical students and residents
