The Opportunity

We’re hiring a General Manager to launch and lead our new Portland location. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building out the team, driving sales and production, and delivering on Integrity’s commitment to excellence at every level. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support sales growth, ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction, and serve as a key representative of the Integrity brand in this new market.

This is not a behind-the-scenes leadership role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front—comfortable in homes, on job sites, in the warehouse, and alongside crews. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with team members while also managing key business operations.

You won’t be building in a vacuum—our Poulsbo team will provide hands-on support and serve as a training and operational resource. You’ll have access to the systems, processes, and proven models that have driven Integrity’s success, along with a team that’s invested in helping you get this new location off the
