- Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO in meetings and strategic discussions, supporting decision-making and representing leadership when needed
- Lead and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
- Prepare and refine board materials, investor updates, and internal reports, ensuring accuracy and strategic clarity
- Drive organizational accountability by tracking progress, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring key initiatives stay on course
- Translate complex or ambiguous challenges into structured frameworks, actionable plans, and decision-ready documents
- Serve as a communication hub, adapting messaging for different audiences across leadership, teams, and external stakeholders
- Support operational excellence by improving processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ownership of impactful projects
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level fluency in both German and English
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing operationally with precision and speed
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated ability to push initiatives forward and deliver results in complex environments
- Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making is a plus
