This senior commercial leadership role focuses on building and managing high-impact relationships with executive-level stakeholders across major healthcare systems and strategic hospital accounts. You will be responsible for shaping enterprise-level partnerships that go beyond product sales, driving value-based solutions aligned with customer priorities such as cost efficiency, patient outcomes, and operational performance. The role requires strong collaboration with regional and field sales leadership to design and execute account strategies across a complex portfolio of solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and service line leaders, helping customers transition toward more integrated and outcome-driven healthcare models. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will influence across functions to deliver scalable, cross-business growth. This position is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven leader who excels in complex healthcare ecosystems and solution-based selling.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and lead enterprise-level strategies across a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships at C-suite, service line, and administrative levels to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Drive adoption of integrated, solution-based offerings that address customer priorities such as cost optimization, patient access, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and cross-functional teams to align account strategies and execute coordinated growth plans.
  • Identify customer needs and partner with internal solution teams to design and implement tailored programs and value-based initiatives.
  • Lead strategic account planning, contract development, and execution across multiple business units to drive enterprise-wide growth.
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders and ensure continuous alignment between customer goals and internal capabilities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare industry trends, supporting internal teams with insights and best practices for strategic selling.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, strategic consulting, or commercial leadership roles, or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Strong experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts and influencing senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans in matrixed organizations with multiple business units.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, value-based care models, and industry dynamics including IDNs and GPOs.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in solution-based or consultative selling with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong business acumen, including ability to interpret financial statements and align solutions to customer economics.
  • Highly adaptable and effective in fast-changing, complex negotiation environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with eligibility for annual incentive plans.
  • Long-term incentive opportunities and performance-based compensation programs.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions and matching options.
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and parental leave support.
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development assistance.
  • Employee assistance and global well-being programs.
  • Additional benefits including stock purchase plans, disability coverage, and savings accounts (eligibility based on employment type and hours worked).
