About This Position
Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a SharePoint Developer (Mid) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Manage SharePoint Online (SPO) support for SEA 05 by administering site collections, functional sites, private sites, permissions structures, and governance requirements across assigned organizations.
- Oversee configuration management,permissionsadministration, administrative role assignments, and compliance with NAVSEA ACIO policies and Microsoft Office 365 governance standards.
- Support management of NAVSEA site collections including group-level private sites, functional sites, shared administrative controls, and certified site administrator responsibilities.
- Maintain data storage allocation limits, backup requirements, site compliance monitoring, administrative documentation, and operational continuity across SharePoint environments.
- Develop and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365 to improve business processes and workflow automation.
- Design and support enterprise-level applications including forms, connectors, flows, reporting tools, dashboards, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into technical Power Platform solutions while coordinating with users, stakeholders, and leadership to support mission requirements.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, support reporting efforts, and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that improve decision-making and executive visibility.
- Ensure compliance with data security requirements includingpermissionscontrols, row-level security, and sensitive data management across SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Education
- Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED and ten (10) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or a related functional area; OR
- Bachelor’sdegree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or a related functional area; OR
- Master’sdegree in a relevant field.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting large-scale SharePoint Online (SPO) development projects.
- Experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform-based enterprise solutions including process automation, workflow development, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience designing and implementing applicationsutilizingOffice 365, Microsoft Power Platform Suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and SharePoint.
- Experience developing customapplicationsleveraging PowerApps technologies including connectors, forms, and flows.
- Strong understanding of M365, SharePoint, distribution lists, permission groups, and system access management.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
- Microsoft SharePoint/Web Design/Security+ certification(s) preferred.
- Understanding ofdata security, including row-level security and data sensitivity.
- Experience preparing and exploring data models,organizingand analyzing data, and creating reports and interactive dashboards.
- Ability to effectively communicate insights and present data-driven solutions clearly.
Required Experience
- Experience translating business requirements into Power Platform solutions.
