This role is focused on managing and growing high-value VIP player relationships across leading SIM (play money) gaming platforms. You will play a key role in driving retention, engagement, and long-term revenue performance within the most valuable player segments. Acting as both relationship manager and CRM operator, you will combine hands-on player communication with data-driven decision-making to optimize VIP experiences. The position requires a strong understanding of player behavior, lifecycle management, and personalized incentives in competitive gaming environments. You will work closely with CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to shape VIP strategies that directly influence business outcomes. This is a highly operational and fast-paced role where responsiveness, ownership, and creativity are essential. Your work will have a direct impact on player satisfaction, loyalty, and monetization.
- Own and manage the VIP player segment, focusing on retention, engagement, and long-term revenue stability
- Build and maintain 1:1 relationships with VIP players via email, chat, SMS, push notifications, and occasional outbound calls
- Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns tailored to VIP lifecycle stages and behavioral insights
- Monitor daily player activity to proactively identify churn risks and engagement opportunities
- Manage personalized incentives such as bonuses, free chips, and comps with full ownership of allocation strategy
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities to maximize player value
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to continuously improve VIP experience and performance
- Track, analyze, and report key KPIs including retention, revenue, and player progression metrics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or a related digital gaming environment
- Proven track record managing VIP or high-value customer/player segments
- Strong understanding of retention mechanics, player behavior, and monetization strategies
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and campaign execution across email, SMS, and push channels
- Comfortable with direct, personalized communication and relationship management at scale
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing bonuses, incentives, and promotional strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret trends and identify growth opportunities
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
- Flexibility to respond to urgent VIP needs outside standard working hours when required
