• Execute daily construction tasks including rough carpentry and the installation of new foundation systems under expert guidance.

• Assist skilled leads in the restoration and retrofitting of residential structures to ensure project precision.

• Maintain a safe and organized job site by managing tools, materials, and equipment effectively.

• Navigate and work within tight crawlspace environments to perform essential structural upgrades and repairs.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while upholding the company's high standards for quality.

• Participate in ongoing technical training to fast-track your proficiency in specialized foundation repair methods.

• Basic understanding of general construction principles and the ability to follow technical instructions.

• Absolute willingness and physical ability to work in tight crawlspace environments under houses.

• Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation to reach various job sites.

• Strong work ethic with a dependable, "do it right the first time" mentality.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• 1 year of experience in a construction, labor, or trades-related field.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Any prior exposure to rough carpentry or working in confined spaces.
