Our agency is looking for a full-time Case Manager - Felony Drug Court who will be assigned to manage the case docket of the Felony Drug Court. They will also work with the treatment team and attend court proceedings of that Court.

Responsibilities
- Provides Felony Drug Court orientation, client education, crisis intervention as needed, referral to outside agencies as needed, and resources upon program completion
- Facilitates relapse prevention group counseling for participants of the Felony Drug Court
- Attends weekly treatment team meetings and Court proceedings of the Felony Drug Court.
- Completes monthly progress reports to referral sources.
- Maintains electronic health record documentation on all clients that include reports, records, and consultation with other referral sources and social service professionals.
- Completes individual treatment plans as required.
- Monitors random drug screen results.
- Interacts and communicates pertinent authorized information to the local criminal justice system, treatment providers, and all those parties that work with TASC as a service to the client.
- Completes trainings throughout the year as needed
- Participates in organized client staffing as needed.
- Maintains productivity in accordance to program expectations.
- Follows all Agency policies, procedures and regulations; supports the overall mission and philosophy of the Agency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree and CDCA preferred, or must be able to obtain CDCA within 6 months of hire.
- Group facilitation experience preferred
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and have good organizational skills.
