We are actively hiring a Heavy Haul Freight Broker to grow and manage a profitable book of business while supporting our reputation for safe, reliable, and service-driven transportation. This role is onsite at our Corporate Office located in Elk River, Minnesota. Annual salary range: $45,000–$65,000, based on experience, plus bonus potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, develop, and grow your own book of business within the heavy haul and specialized freight market
• Prospect new customers through calls, networking, and relationship-building
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring a high level of service
• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to drive profitability
• Source and manage reliable carrier partners
• Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively solving issues along the way
• Maintain accurate records and activity within company systems

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales experience
• Strong understanding of flatbed, open deck, or heavy haul freight (preferred)
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow business
• Confidence in negotiating and managing multiple priorities
• A self-driven mindset with a focus on results
