What You’ll Do:

• Greet all Milton Martin Toyota customers with a smile and warm attitude
• Assist customers with service bay process; finding out the reason for their visit, confirm their appointment and giving directions to proper personnel
• Prep all incoming service vehicles to ensure everything flows properly
• Work daily in scheduling software
• Monitor cleanliness of service area, entrance and exit to ensure safe conditions for employees and customers

• Always display professionalism, through appearance, body language, behaviors and communication
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Service experience preferred but not required – if you are a people person, you’ll fit right in!
• A can-do attitude!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
