This role sits at the heart of a high-performance trading environment, where you will help design and evolve the core systems that power global digital asset markets. You will work closely with traders, operations teams, and technical stakeholders across both centralized and decentralized finance environments to translate complex market needs into robust, high-performance software solutions. The environment is fast-paced, highly autonomous, and deeply technical, requiring strong engineering judgment and a passion for reliability under pressure. You will contribute directly to systems that support significant global trading volumes and real-time decision-making. Beyond development, you will play a key role in system design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of critical infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering position with direct impact on live trading performance and market execution.

You will design, build, and maintain core trading system infrastructure while ensuring high reliability, performance, and responsiveness in a demanding production environment.

• Develop and maintain trading system components using Python and C#, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with traders, middle office, and engineering stakeholders to translate business and market needs into technical solutions.
• Deploy and operate trading system services in production environments with a focus on stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve live system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading operations.
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions across teams.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for trading strategies and system evolution.
• Ensure systems are continuously optimized for rapidly changing market conditions.

You bring strong software engineering expertise combined with the ability to build reliable, high-performance systems in a fast-moving trading environment.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on clean, maintainable, and performant code.
• 3+ years of professional experience working with both Python and C#.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Proven ability to balance rapid feature delivery with long-term code quality and system stability.
• Experience working in production environments with high reliability and performance requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to support systems in production, including on-call responsibilities.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance.
