Accountabilities:
  • Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines
  • Act as a Release Train Engineer, managing program-level planning, dependencies, risks, and release cycles
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for key teams
  • Drive cross-team collaboration, removing blockers and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders
  • Oversee release readiness, lifecycle planning, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors
  • Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team self-organization across the organization
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track delivery metrics and performance
  • Serve as an Agile coach, supporting enterprise-wide adoption and scaling of Agile methodologies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar role, with prior Scrum Master experience across multiple teams
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, release management, dependency coordination, and risk mitigation
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team delivery environments in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring consistent and predictable delivery outcomes
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer) are a plus
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Flexible spending accounts and health savings options
  • Paid time off, holidays, and wellness support programs
  • Life insurance and disability coverage
  • Flexible work environment with remote options
  • Opportunities for professional development and Agile certifications
