This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling enterprise workforce planning capabilities within a high-growth, data-driven healthcare environment. You will define the long-term strategy for capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing optimization across complex operational teams. The role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and business leadership, enabling smarter, data-informed decisions at scale. You will help ensure the organization can meet customer demand efficiently while maintaining quality and cost discipline. This is a highly strategic position with significant visibility and impact across multiple stakeholders. - Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise workforce planning function, including forecasting, capacity planning, staffing models, and productivity optimization across large-scale operations.
- Develop and own long-term workforce strategies that balance demand variability, operational capacity, efficiency, and cost objectives.
- Build and enhance integrated forecasting and planning models in collaboration with Business Intelligence and analytics teams.
- Oversee the development and optimization of workforce management tools and solutions supporting onsite, remote, and hybrid teams.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to translate data insights into actionable workforce strategies and business decisions.
- Analyze workforce trends, capacity gaps, and performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive governance, standardization, and best practices for workforce planning across the organization.
- 8+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, forecasting, or related operational strategy roles within large organizations.
- Proven experience leading workforce planning or capacity functions in organizations with 1,000+ employees.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, forecasting models, and workforce optimization methodologies.
- Experience partnering with BI/analytics teams to build and improve data-driven planning systems.
- Strong understanding of operational scaling in complex, distributed, or hybrid environments.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic workforce decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
- Competitive base salary range: $181,300 – $200,000 USD annually.
