As a Mechanical Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Manage commercial HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, changing orders, and cost control.
  • Oversee manpower planning to optimize productivity and maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure profit margins are met or exceeded through effective project oversight and problem-solving.
  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Foster strong client relationships by providing responsive service and addressing concerns proactively.

Requirements:

What Do We Want To See?

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software.
