Duties and Responsibilities:
Do you love engaging with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? As our On-Site Self Storage Facility Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our mini storage facility, overseeing daily operations, leading a small team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your knack for organization and enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment will help our facility thrive.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and process rental agreements to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
• Oversee facility operations, including light maintenance, ensuring the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Manage a small team of staff and vendors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collect and deposit rental payments, follow up on delinquent accounts, and send notices as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, track inventory, and process invoices for payment.
• Conduct market surveys to stay competitive and recommend strategies to boost revenue.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns, enforce facility policies, and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to keep operations on track.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance, ensuring the facility meets safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
• Strong sales, customer service and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Previous self-storage or apartment manager experience preferred (experience considered over education).
• Intermediate computer skills for office tasks, including familiarity with rental software or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks (e.g., walking the property, minor cleaning).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Full Time
Pay: $18.50 hourly
