Fstone Technologies, a top-tier Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm, is hiring a Remote HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations for our growing client base. This role is perfect for highly organized individuals who are passionate about HR, people operations, and administrative support — all from the comfort of home.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases

• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications

• Support benefits administration and documentation tracking

• Assist in compiling HR reports, surveys, and compliance data

• Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary

• Provide general administrative support to HR and recruiting teams

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s in HR or Business preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
