• Valid RN license in the state of employment
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Home Healthcare experience (2 years with Oasis working knowledge is a plus)
• EMR experience (Homecare-Homebase EMR is a plus)
• Must be able to pass background check
