About This Position

The age requirement for this position is 21 and up due to insurance.

The Warehouse and Pallet Delivery position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company supply chain. This role is responsible for both maintaining the organization and efficiency of the warehouse, as well as executing timely pallet deliveries to all store locations. It’s a hands-on job that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Purpose Alignment: Every product you handle, every order you pack, and every delivery you make directly impacts the experience of our stores and, ultimately, our guests. By ensuring that the right products are delivered on time and in perfect condition, you help create an environment where our store teams can serve guests with excellence, reliability, and care.

Availability: Start time 8-9 am, end time 4-5 pm.

This is a part time position.

Responsibilities:
-Follows Woods Coffee’s operational and safety policies and procedures.
-Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines set by Woods Coffee and local health departments.
-Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
-Pack pallets per each Store’s specific warehouse order.
-Help load/ unload trucks and maintain proper rotation of products.
-Communicate with the Warehouse/ Delivery manager.
-Follow specified delivery routes, and directions per training.
-Use a forklift, pallet jack and drive a company truck for deliveries.
-Must follow all training and safety guidance provided by the company.
-Stock and rotate shelves, monitor and update inventory levels as needed, and communicate product needs or shortages to management.

Required Permits & Documents:
-Valid driver's license
-Acceptable driving record**
-Forklift certification (optional)

**Please note that this role requires an acceptable driving record as part of the hiring criteria. Following a conditional job offer, we will evaluate your driving abstract/motor vehicle record to confirm that it meets our standards and contains no major issues. To help expedite the process, serious candidates are encouraged to proactively obtain their driving abstract from the Washington State Department of Licensing website.

Essential Job Functions:
-Repeated heavy lifting. Must be able to lift 50lb above head.
-Constantly standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting.
-Constantly using hands, wrists and arms, sometimes in a repetitive manner.
-Pushing and pulling, picking up, and lifting products.
-Regular in person attendance.

Compensation: $23-25 / hour.
