Position: Performance Engineer with Neoload
Location: Maryland (Remote)
Duration: Long term
Job Description: Performance Engineer with Neoload
High expertise in writing performance test plan and strategy , large dataset generation techniques in designing perf tests, Lead triage calls and troubleshooting exercises
Ability to understand complex architecture of end to end systems , collaborate with cross functional teams , derive NFRs and workload model
Strong scripting skills, scenario creation and execution with Neoload
Ability to create dashboard/alerts/pull metrics from dynatrace and splunk
Must have Experience with Jenkins/Harness pipeline creation and integration.
Must have experience with EKS , AWS and capacity planning for nodes/containers.\ Java development experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge on Java microservice performance , kafka and sql
o-sql DB performance
Ability to lead performance center of excellence for the organization
