Seeking Evening Supervisor

Come in on the ground floor and help scale the business quickly with the opportunity to grow fast! Wear a ton of hats, have an assortment of responsibilities, and be empowered early on. Looking for someone that is hungry, excited to start a career with an incredible brand and awesome team culture!

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Be a brand ambassador of our core values and brand nature
• Effectively lead, develop, and motivate a small team (2-4 people on a shift)
• Deliver high quality products and extraordinary guest experiences based on brand standards and operating procedures
• Partner with the Store Leadership Team to grow sales and maximize profitability

You meet these requirements:

• 1+ year(s) shift supervisor / management experience (preferred)
• Willing and enjoy working all night shifts
• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to drive positive results
• Proven ability to run great shifts
• Demonstrated understanding of the business
• At least 18 years of age
• Satisfy a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $17.50 per hour + tips (may average $2-3 per hour)
