• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishwashing and general sanitation duties.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations in compliance with local health codes and company policies.

• Support the kitchen and service teams during peak hours to ensure timely food delivery.

• Contribute to banquet and event operations, including setup, service support, and cleanup.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

• Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests when required.

• Prior experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment preferred.

• Working knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

• Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required.

• Banquet or hospitality industry experience is considered an asset.
