What You'll Do:

• Run service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Identify opportunities to replace equipment (plumbing systems, water heaters, HVAC systems, repipes, etc.).
• Sell full system replacements and installations directly to the customer.
• Perform the installations personally or coordinate with install teams.
• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience at every step.

Requirements:

• 2+ year of Service Tech experience (Plumbing)
• Strong technical skills AND strong closing ability
• Ability to install or coordinate installations
• Valid driver’s license
• Passion for earning BIG and delivering a premium customer experience
