Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time

We are currently seeking two compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our vibrant community team. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida

- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
