• Role: Therapist (Independent Contractor – Fully Licensed, Remote/Telehealth)
• Organization: Maryville Academy
• Location: Illinois (Chicago area preferred, but remote possible). License with Illinois.
• Pay: Per-client billing (1099 contractor structure)

? Requirements

• Education: Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited clinical program (psychology, counseling, or social work).
• Licensure: Fully licensed LCPC or LCSW in Illinois.

• Driver’s License: Valid Illinois driver’s license required.
• Experience: Prior work with youth, families, or gender-specific programs preferred.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Manage case documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in team meetings, utilization reviews, and crisis intervention when needed.
• Meet billing/service hour targets while maintaining compliance with Medicaid/DCFS standards.
