LIMHP at Above and Beyond Therapy – Nebraska

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) to conduct Individual Diagnostic Interviews (IDIs) for our clients pursuing ABA therapy. The LIMHP will complete comprehensive intake assessments and collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to facilitate timely service initiation. Conduct IDIs for children and adolescents referred for ABA therapy services. Complete required documentation and submit assessment reports promptly. Determine medical necessity for ABA services in alignment with insurance and Medicaid requirements. Coordinate with families, BCBAs, and administrative staff to ensure clear communication throughout the intake process. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and professional ethics standards. Participate in periodic team meetings and training as needed.Current LIMHP license in the state of Nebraska in good standing. Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families and interdisciplinary teams.
