About This Position
Cadogan Tate has an exciting position available for an Administrative Assistant in the San Francisco office. The essential duties of this role are to provide support to the Client Services and Administration departments.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provides front office assistance as needed, including directing visitors; routed phone calls, mail sorting, supply orders among other day-to-day administrative duties assigned by management team.
- Supporting the Client Services team with their day-to-day tasks including setting up client files, creating purchase orders, entering MoveWare data, and producing bill of ladings and generating invoices.
- Assisting your Supervisor, General Manager, and Directo when required.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- To maintain files in accordance with company protocols and procedures.
- Use all resources available to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
Skills, knowledge, and expertise we consider:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year or more of experience in Inventory and Data Entry
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to use intuition to resolve any issues and complaints from the client
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once
- Ability to thieve in a fast paced, multifaceted work environment
- Impeccable communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal computer systems – Moveware / iLive (training will be provided)
- Excellent email etiquette and a good telephone manner that is polite and courteous at all times
- Demonstrates good communication skills both written and spoken
- Has excellent time management and organizational skills – Able to multi-task as required
- Team Player, able to work with all levels of staff in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable in a results-driven workplace
