What You’ll Do

We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Queens, NY.

In this role, you will:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes across Queens.

• Implement individualized treatment plans created and supervised by a BCBA.

• Support children in building communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors.

• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment at all times.

• Collect and log data daily to track client progress.

• Receive regular training, feedback, and supervision to strengthen your ABA skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible, part-time schedules in Queens, NY

  • Passion for working with children and families

• Preferred:

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of employment)

  • Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (offered free and online by Kids First)

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Prior ABA therapy experience in home, school, or community settings

👉 Prior ABA experience is not required as long as you are committed to attending trainings and completing your RBT certification. Once you complete your RBT training and certification, you will gain access to more competitive pay rates.
